  “They won't pick up the trash regularly. I have been told at times that it is because the roads are too muddy. They don't seem to care when I TELL THEM THAT EVERYTHING IS OFF PAVED ROADS. When you call about billing issues, the person answering the phone seems to know nothing. She states that I need to leave a message for the supervisor to call. Nobody will call back to discuss the problem dispite multiple attempts and numerous months. She then hung up on me after I dared to complain about this.”
