  “I called in advance to have my trash bulk load to be pick up and placed my bulk Load, in the curbside on Tuesday night to be picked up on Wednesday and No one had came, that morning so I called the dispatcher to let them know that my Bulk was waiting for them and she said she would radio them to let them know that my bulk load was waiting for them to be pick up. They never came to my house house to pick up mu bulk and it's Friday know and my bulk load is still out there waiting on the curbside.”
