City of Edinburg Residents: Bring Current water bill with qualifying garbage services, along with ID with matching address and name on each. This will allow you to bring additional household garbage or brush or bulky items at no additional cost. This DOES NOT include demolition or construction debris that will be charged at $8.67 per cubic yard, with a minimum charge of $25 to be paid UPON DISPOSAL by credit or debit card ONLY. All others: Bring ID and credit/debit card in your name. ALL items brought will be charged at $11.67 per cubic yard, with a mininmum charge of $25 and MUST be paid upon disposal.
