  “Have you ever heard of a Garbage Service provider that picks up garbage cans and then tries to charge you for them? RBS does... Here is the story. I ended service with them recently and was instructed to leave them on our front street to be picked up to end service. The can sat out on the street as instructed for about 5 days and finally was picked up on Tuesday this week. Then on Wednesday RBS stopped by asking for this can and has now submitted a bill for this garbage can. One can only draw 3 conclusions from this.. 1. we either are trying to keep the can, why when we have a new service provider. 2. The can was stolen.. have you ever heard of this in SD? If so make sure you lock down your garbage cans. 3. RBS already picked up the garbage can and it trying to charge for it. You be the judge.”
